and drawn posters is long gone, yet there is one company which aims to rediscover and reinvent this fashion. Mondo, an offshoot of the Austin, Tex., theater chain Alamo Drafthouse, is commissioning artists to design alternative posters for films or tv series considered cult classics. They are active for many years now and they are getting bigger and bigger media coverage. Check out their archive, it's really worth spending some time with it especially if you are a movie fan, they have beautiful stuff.
