Every now and then I will try to find interesting artists on DeviantArt and publish them on my blog. DeviantArt is a really interesting place if you're an artist, you can share your work with others, get feedback, meet interesting people and see new ideas, techniques. The scene is alive and very communicative, it's a good place to be an artist.
