Escape Plan

It's here.. The movie that all we action fans have been waiting for... or at least me. The movie where the two bigger than life action stars join forces. I know that there was The Expendables, but there Arnie only had a little screen time, this time around however it's a full feature with Schwarzenegger and Stallone fighting side by side to get out of a prison - It's the first time that these Hollywood legends share the screen for real. It's not gonna be the next Citizen Kane for sure, but it doesn't have to be. Escape Plan - the first trailer, enjoy!

Kill The Noise - 80's awesomeness

Here is really beautiful music video from Kill The Noise, called Kill The Noise Pt. I. In the video you see a post-apocalyptic earth with zombies roaming about, cyber-heroes battling the hordes of evil. Everything has this stylish 70's - 80's look with the music giving aid to create an amazing atmosphere. Almost as good as the Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon game was. Enjoy!

Korgoth of Barbaria

Aaron Springer's and Genndy Tartakovsky's name might be familiar for people who used to watch Cartoon Network back in the 90's with Dexter's Laboratory and Power Puff Girls on air. Aaron went on directing Spongebob and Squarepants episodes and now is working on Gravity Falls, another animated tv series. Genndy created Samurai Jack but later moved on from tv series and directed his first feature animation: Hotel Trasylvania, it's really good, check that out too. What I have here is something what could have been an instant cult classic animated series, instead it became a cult classic pilot episode with the most ridiculous and over the top macho action you can imagine. 22 minutes of pure barbarism. As one of the commenters on youtube said: "the greates show that never happened". Way too cool to miss it!

TPOLM demos

Tpolm was always one of my favorite Demoscene group. Most of their demos and intros were very stylish and industrial looking. I remember back in the day, when I was an active demoscener I used to watch these several times a day, inspiring myself, charging my creative battery. Other strong aspect of these productions were the music, which was always fitting and helping you to get in the right mindset. Enjoy these "oldies", they bring back some great memories for me.

Here is the new music video from Pet Shop Boys, an already legendary band. The music is really cool, oldschool style with modern sound and a lot of retro elements, but the music video takes the cake. Stylish mirroring effects, laser and neon lights, geometrical shapes, tunnels, really cool stuff - nothing too difficult or complicated, enjoy:

Judge Minty - a fan film

Here is a new fan made short film to carry the Judge Dredd feeling forward, and it does it pretty well I have to say, gritty dark atmosphere, nice action sequences, great production quality - they really used the limited budget for good things, enjoy:
